Micro agglomerated cork bungs are perfect for sealing all types of pottery, jars, vases and much much more.
The natural characteristics of cork being both elastic, and its low permeability to liquid and gases, make cork stoppers ideal for the sealing of storage vessels, for food products and other products requiring an air or gas tight seal.
Our cork bungs are also perfect for sealing irregular openings, often found in artisan or handmade goods, which require the unique moulding caperbilities of cork.
We offer the most comprehensive range of stock sizes in the UK, as well as offering a UK based, made to order service, which enables us to manufacture virtually any component from natural cork or agglomerated cork to your exact size or specification.
They are manufactured from small granules of cork which are compressed and held together with in a natural resin. These cork bungs are much cheaper than natural cork but do not retain the natural cork grain structure.
